Where do you leave your utensils when you get more food at a buffet?
In a normal dining situation, you leave your utensils on your plate.
But if it's a buffet, they'll take your utensils away and you don't have anymore to continue eating. So do you just put them on the table? That just looks a bit dirty. Do you set them on the napkin? But the proper etiquette rule is to keep your napkin on your chair. So if you set your utensils on a napkin, which is on the table, then you'd be breaking the latter rule.
If it's a buffet style restaurant I don't think you'd really need to worry about the rules of etiquette so much. Leave them on a napkin on the table.
